For a new facility, design-build puts one team on the design and the construction, with a single point of responsibility and fewer handoffs. On bigger jobs we bring in trusted subcontractors for extra manpower so the schedule keeps moving, while the bulk of the work stays with our own people.
Inside the building, our crews handle the trades a working facility needs: foundations and concrete slabs, wall framing and drywall, doors and windows, electrical, plumbing and lighting systems, concrete flooring and storage. If your project needs specialty contractors beyond our own trades, our construction management service hires them and oversees the whole job for you.
