The bulk of our work is done by our own people. On bigger jobs we bring in trusted subcontractors for extra manpower, so the schedule keeps moving. We believe customer service is an important element throughout the construction process, and we work to be conscientious about our customers' needs, especially when we are working in occupied buildings. That matters whether the occupants are second graders, a city clerk's office or a second shift.
