We talk through the calendar, entrances, noise and access with your administrators before work begins, and we keep work areas separated from students and staff. Our people are conscientious about working in occupied buildings, and where the calendar allows, the noisiest work is scheduled around it.
Bigger projects, like a new wing or a gym, can go design-build, so your board deals with one team from the first drawing to the last punch-list item. Already have an architect's plans? We'll build from those. On jobs that size we bring in trusted subcontractors for extra manpower, but most of the work is still done by our own people.

Our crews handle foundations and concrete, wall framing, drywall, windows and doors, electrical, plumbing and lighting systems, tile and concrete flooring, cabinets and storage, and acoustic drop ceilings.
