Dormakaba North America Headquarters

This project gave Dormakaba’s Indianapolis headquarters a bold new first impression. The existing space-frame glass entry came down and was replaced with a modern metal panel facade featuring new storefront glazing, a custom metal awning, and a signature Dormakaba revolving door.

Inside, the two-story lobby was transformed with a custom steel feature stair with cable railings, a waterfall-quartz reception desk, a branded “live wall,” decorative wood wall panels, and statement pendant lighting under wood-look acoustic ceilings.

Site work included new concrete walkways with an integrated snow-melt system, landscaped planters, and accent lighting.
